Ahmad Dhani mungkin politisi sekaligus artis yang paling banyak berurusan dengan polisi. Pada April-September ini Ahmad Dhani disidangkan di pengadilan oleh kasus yang dilaporkan Sekretaris Jenderal Cyber Indonesia Jack Boyd Lapian terkait postingan media sosial Ahmad Dhani yang menyatakan siapa saja yang mendukung penista agama adalah bajingan yang perlu diludahi mukanya.


Kasus itu belum usai, Ahmad Dhani sudah dilaporkan lagi ke kepolisian. Kali ini kasusnya lebih memalukan, dugaan penipuan.

Untuk dugaan penipuan ini Ahmad Dhani dilaporkan pengacara Mohamad Zaini Ilyas ke Polda Jatim, 26 September.

Kasus ini berawal pada Mei 2016 ketika Ahmad Dhani mengajak Zaini Ilyas bekerjasama dalam proyek pembangunan vila di Batu Malang. Keduanya mengikat perjanjian, Zaini menyetor uang Rp 400 juta dan sebagai imbalan ia mendapat pengembalian modal plus bunga 5 persen per bulan.

Dalam kenyataannya hingga 2017 Ahmad Dhani hanya menyerahkan kembali uang kepada Zaini Ilyas Rp 200 juta. Kesepakatan untuk mengangsur sisanya sebesar Rp 10 juta per bulan hingga pokok Rp 400 juta terlunasi tidak dilakukan Dhani.


Pihak Zaini sudah pernah mensomasi Dhani dua kali soal ini. Karena Dhani kemudian tampak tidak memiliki itikad baik menyelesaikan kewajibannya, Zaini Ilyas akhirnya memutuskan melaporkan hal ini kepada polisi sebagai kasus penipuan.

Zaini Ilyas juga terdorong untuk melakukan pelaporan karena menilai Ahmad Dhani masih memiliki banyak aset, termasuk rumah yang hendak dijualnya untuk membiayai kampanye Pemilu presiden bagi Prabowo Subianto, capres yang didukungnya dalam pemilihan umum presiden 2019.

Terhadap pelaporan ini, Ahmad Dhani hanya berkomentar jika kasusnya itu perdata, bukan pidana dan akan diurus oleh pengacarnya.


Waduh. Kasihan Ahmad Dhani. Saat ia maju sebagai caleg Partai Gerindra dalam Pemilihan Umum 2019, dirinya justru tersandung kasus dugaan penipuan.
